Our Friends Incredible Edible Lambeth
It’s where it all really started as a child, where I began wishing I had a garden. In a tower block flat looking over Lambeth from my south facing window and the city skyscrapers out of another. I could count the patches of green space on one hand across the city that sprawled below.
This image that I use in my promo material, is actually of the flat that I grew up in.
I would have loved it if Incredible Edible Lambeth existed when I was a kid. It’s a great way to engage with gardening and nature whether you’re 8 or 88!
For everyone who’s either currently garden-sharing, or Lenders and Tenders still awaiting a Patch-Match, there are lots of activities to enrich your gardening experiences, boost your knowledge and meet like-minded people.
If you’re itching to do some scratching whilst getting your hands dirty and greening those thumbs, there’s really something to suit all ages and skillsets.
There’s Kefir near Kennington, compost bins across the community and glorious gardens and orchards to explore.

This option allows us to put out advertising campaigns promoting your services and get more of you on our Lending and Tending lists Patch-Matched sooner! We also now offer an annual membership which includes a boosted Featured Garden(er) listing, and unlimited Patch-Matches for a year for £24.
For people in receipt of Universal Credit or Pension Credit, our annual membership is free.
If you’re interested in the Incredible Edible network events or community offerings, membership is also FREE.
