About The garden
A tremendous garden space with so much potential and [literal] running water!
“The plot is runs along the Warmley Brook, and is next to a public walkway where I often say ‘hi’ to dog walkers.
It is in the grounds of a listed building which formerly formed part of the William Champion Estate. The garden is located between a walkers pathway and the Syston Brook. But It is now rather overgrown. This part of the garden was formerly a market garden prior to 1979, and more recently an allotment for the last 14 years. The garden has a number of mature trees including a hazelnut tree.
The garden is accessed via our driveway and then across a small footbridge over the brook.

Considerations
I’m looking for someone who is trustworthy, tidy, responsible and will respect our privacy. (There is plenty of room to do that!)
Pros
The amount of space.
Most of garden is quite private .
There is a Wheelbarrow/ Cart/ Trolley & Compost Facility, plus a lovely garden bench to enjoy the space
Just want to see it being loved, neat and tidy.
Cons
Please note there is no access to electricity. So lithium, petrol or manual tools would be required.
